Can I book for a group of 5 or more?
Yes, groups of 5 or more can book. When booking, choose "5 people" and enter your total group size in the notes field. Please note that we only have parking for 2 cars.
Can I book for 2 hours?
Yes. Please book 2 consecutive hours (two 1-hour slots). Each 1-hour slot holds up to 5 people, so be sure to choose consecutive slots that are both available. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Can children visit without an adult?
Children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (adult). For safety reasons, each adult may accompany up to 3 children. Guests who are feeling unwell will not be admitted.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Please make any changes or cancellations by the day before your visit. There is no cancellation fee, but please be sure to let us know if you cancel. For how to cancel, please see your booking confirmation email.
Are there any rules or manners to follow when interacting with the cats or inside the café?
To protect the cats' eyes, flash photography is strictly prohibited. Please also refrain from anything the cats dislike (forcing them to be held, chasing them, etc.), wearing strong scents such as perfume or fabric softener, and feeding the cats human food.How to Enjoy the Cat Café
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made at the café. We accept cash and cashless payments (credit cards, QR code payments, transit IC cards, etc.).
I'd like to bring my laptop and work. Is there any compensation if it gets damaged?
You are welcome to use the café as a workspace; however, we accept no responsibility for soiling, damage, or theft of laptops, precision equipment, clothing, or other belongings, including damage caused by the cats. Please keep your belongings out of the cats' reach and under your own responsibility.
What happens if I get scratched by a cat or have an allergic reaction?
We will provide first aid using the first-aid supplies in the café, but we cannot accept claims for medical expenses or other damages. We also cannot accept responsibility for illness such as cat allergies, so please visit at your own risk and take care of your own health.
Is there parking?

Terms of Use
Article 1: Use of the Facility and Entry Restrictions
Our café is both a space to interact with cats and a workspace. We ask all guests to be considerate so that everyone can have a comfortable time.
Age requirements: There is no minimum age; however, children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (adult). For safety reasons, entry is limited to up to 3 children per adult.
The following guests will not be admitted:
Guests with symptoms of a cold or infectious disease, guests who are feeling unwell, or guests who are intoxicated
Guests bringing pets
Article 2: Prohibited Acts and Manners
Anything the cats dislike (forcing them to be held, chasing them, disturbing their sleep, shouting, etc.) is prohibited.
Flash and AF-assist lights are strictly prohibited when taking photos, to prevent blindness and panic in the cats.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or strongly scented fabric softener, as it causes stress for the cats.
Feeding the cats any food or drink you have brought in is strictly prohibited.
Article 3: Disclaimer
Injuries: We take great care with interactions between guests and cats, but if you are injured by an unexpected scratch or bite, we will provide first aid using the café's first-aid supplies; however, we cannot accept claims for medical expenses, lost income, or other damages.
Soiling or damage to belongings: Please manage laptops, other precision equipment, and valuables yourself. We accept no responsibility for soiling or damage to clothing or belongings caused by the cats, or for theft inside the café. In particular, please take sufficient measures, at your own responsibility, to keep precision equipment out of the cats' reach.
Allergies, etc.: We cannot accept responsibility for illness occurring in the café, such as the onset of cat allergies.
Article 4: Parking
We do not have a dedicated parking lot. If you come by car, please use a nearby coin parking lot.
We accept no responsibility for vehicle accidents or disputes between guests occurring in nearby parking lots.
Article 5: Cancellations and Rule Violations
Please make any changes or cancellations to your booking by the day before your visit.
There is no cancellation fee, but if you cancel, please be sure to complete the cancellation or contact us.
If you violate these terms or do not follow staff instructions, you will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be given in such cases.
